I just wanted to thank you from myself and Ofer for the wonderful, dedicated, professional service of your entire staff. From the day you showed up at our hotel, Vienna House, to talk to us and assess our needs, you and your staff became our „new home!“ We felt safe and protected and no matter who showed up, they showed kindness, empathy, and a willingness to learn new things. It was quite a project we took on to travel to Germany and to transfer Ofer from the chair to the bed and from the bed to the chair. We had to be creative, since we had not used those poles for a long time and had been using a more dependable Lyft. Your staff as well as yourself took on this project with no problem. You would move the poles according to Ofer’s instructions and the caregivers gave it their all every morning and evening for a bit over a week.
We could not have managed this trip without you all including Anna who also used her nursing skills with Ofer’s catheter. And always with grace and always allowing Ofer to maintain his dignity. These are no small items. We have had lots of experience with caregivers here in the US, and that is not always the case. But your staff in Limburg provided us with the best service! Please allow us to recommend your agency to others and to spread the word of what you do in the not so large town of Limburg with love and with professionalism!!
We thank Rosie, Gunul, Anna, Symone, yourself, and of course anyone I may have left out. We are so happy we met you all! I must say parting from Rosie and Gunul was quite emotional. We all shed a tear!
