Home Instead Wins Prestigious Global Franchise Award for 2022

We are extremely proud to be awarded the highly respected Global Franchise Award 2022 in the competitive Nursing & Care category. To be recognized by an international panel of judges for excellence across our International home care franchise operation is a great endorsement of our businesses and brand.

The award recognizes excellence in international franchising and entries are judged based on the company’s commitment to advancing the cause of franchising through innovative marketing plans and our supportive relationships with International Franchise Partners. Home Instead is the global leader in home care and our pioneering client-first approach has been a key contributor to achieving this. The award recognises the strong relationships we have developed with our International Franchise Partners and the excellence of the support Home Instead provides through expert training in areas such as dementia and Alzheimer’s disease, ongoing access to support and guidance,
collaboration and co-production of new products and services, as well as involvement with thought leadership programs with strategic partners including the OECD, the World Economic Forum, the World Dementia Council and the Global Coalition of Aging.

Commenting on their decision to present the award to Home Instead, the judges remarked, “There were many factors that we considered when reaching our decision. For us, there were three that set Home Instead apart from other brands in the Nursing & Care category. First, the level of strategic and practical support provided to their international partners e.g marketing, learning and development; secondly, the sheer scale and continued success of a business firmly rooted in building solid partnership relationships and driven by a clear vision; and thirdly, their unique culture of
togetherness that ensured the whole organizations responded effectively to the new and exacting demands of the Covid pandemic.”

Jeff Huber, Chief Executive Officer at Home Instead said, “People and relationships are at the heart of what Home Instead does. We believe strongly that the only way to ensure high quality care is to invest time and energy in those working together to offer worldclass home care. Home Instead is proud of the work our committed international
partners do across 13 countries to further the purpose of the Home Instead brand. There are more than 100,000 Care Professionals devoted to looking after the complex needs of around 80,000 clients. I’m also excited to see how Home Instead’s recent acquisition by Honor Technology, Inc., is significantly expanding Home Instead’s capabilities, increasing innovation, and providing new opportunities for continued growth.

The Global Franchise Award means Home Instead’s pioneering approach, as well as our ongoing work to revolutionize the future of elder care, is recognized and valued by franchise association leaders. This means a great deal to us and serves to strengthen our resolve to carry on doing what we’re doing – expanding the world’s capacity to care.”
